Financing Process

We prefer to work in accordance with investment proposal from project visioneers: amount of money for amount of shares. If there is no adequate proposal, it is necessary to develop it jointly.

We are interested in purchasing only one asset – company’s shares, we do not borrow money.

Our basic interest is to sell the asset after some time on the stock exchange or to a strategic investor. The company should be prepared for audit, certification by ISO9000 and the IPO procedure.

Once the investment decision is made, we send money to the bank account of the company. At the same time company transfers us the appropriate amount of shares under the contract assigned.

In case of agreement, the timing of investment depends on the paperwork. The better the documents are, the sooner we start.
