Project Requirements

Primarily we are interested in IT projects: software products and Internet services. The better your project is worked out, the sooner we begin to finance it.

We need brief information from you (one-two pages):

• description of the project: what we are going to sell, who is the basic client, how much the company will earn.
• investment proposal – how much money do you need, the amount of shares in the company, return on assets.

We need detailed information on the following items:

• description of the project, its current state, the amount of current investment from the team and business angels.
• estimated cost, well calculated plan of the project - where the money should be spent and in what time, what are the risks of the project.
• market research – who is in the market, who is the main client, evolution stage of product, companies, consumers, level of competition.
• sales strategy and promotion strategy, considering current and future market situation, sales forecast (provide justification).
• exit strategy - IPO, selling it to a strategic investor, also the amount and timing of dividend payment.
• bio of the project team, resume of each team member.
• distribution of shares in team, responsibility of each member

You have got an idea but no team and detailed plan? Share the idea with us and if we like it we will evaluate it. In any case, before contacting us, do a self-study, make sure that the idea is promising and will bring profit to the investor.
